why this blog?
I'd struggled with my shape, and my perception of it, for years; all my adult life, in fact. In January 2007, I started work with my personal trainer, Kim; I started to run. For eighteen months, I was a shape that I felt comfortable with. Then plantar fasciitis struck, and everything went horribly wrong. Now I'm finding new approaches once more. This is the story.

Hiya! It's gutting isn't it when you get hooked then can't do what you want to do! How are things going now? Is your injury looking up at all?
I haven't been out as much as I want but because of work commitments and the dark nights rather than the injury now. Boo!
