why this blog?
I'd struggled with my shape, and my perception of it, for years; all my adult life, in fact. In January 2007, I started work with my personal trainer, Kim; I started to run. For eighteen months, I was a shape that I felt comfortable with. Then plantar fasciitis struck, and everything went horribly wrong. Now I'm finding new approaches once more. This is the story.
